  I came without an appointment to get a fresh set of nails done on Tuesday. I don't really know much about nail care but wanted to look nice for a new job. The lady talked me through the difference between acrylic and builder gel and recommended the best one for me. She was lovely and friendly. I saw people getting pedicures and enquired about it, she talked me through what they did and what it involved. I felt so happy with the service so far I opted for that too! Very happy. As I was there it was getting busier and busier (over lunch) but everyone was acknowledged and seen in order. I will be back!
