  First time visiting here, Took my 96 year old Nan for her nails doing. We didn't have an appointment but they fit us in and were very respectful to my Nan. Lovely staff and really friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be going back but will book an appointment as they seemed to be getting quite busy when we were leaving .

  Excellent service, lovely friendly staff and a great building - I loved the "clouds" on the ceiling. My not very nice feet now look and feel much better. I was offered a hot drink and everything was done to make me as comfortable as possible. The only negative is the 2 steps to get into it, but as an old building with a very narrow pavement in front of it that can't be helped. Despite that, I will definitely be back.
