Since discovering Thame Nails over 5 years ago, I would never go anywhere else. I love treating myself to dipping gels, often with some nail art, and then a relaxing pedicure, and I always come out of the salon happy and feeling relaxed and looked after. Kim and her team become a part of your life, they're almost like family, and Graham keeps us all entertained, everyone works so hard here! My nails are now in great condition and having been a bit of a nail biter when I first discovered them, and my nails have grown stronger and are all my own. Having my nails done here is now part of my normal routine and something I really look forward to. Well done to everyone at the salon and long may you thrive and grow. 👏 👏

I was witness to the events in the salon on Saturday which obviously lead to 2 of the 1 star reviews and I feel it's unfair that customers have so little respect for service providers who are genuinely trying to provide a good service. I saw a woman drag her adult daughter in to complain about an aledged reaction to a treatment that apparently had also occurred in a another salon. Then attempt to bully the technician into refunding money. The technician removed the nail treatment whilst the mother literally stood over her. Then when she left she screamed at the technician and then turned to other customers shouting at them also. Is this the way to resolve issues with an obviously well run and much supported business?

The staff greeted me with warm smiles, and the entire salon was spotless and beautifully decorated. The service was absolutely top-notch. My nail technician was incredibly skilled. Staff listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and executed the design flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with how my nails turned out - they're stunning! I am a regular and have been going to Thames nails for several years now, they are always polite and attentive. I usually have a gel pedicure which is relaxing and have nodded off a couple of times! I do on occasions have a normal manicure (not gel through personal choice) and have always been happy with the manicures they have given me. Looking forward to seeing their new salon this week. Highly recommend.
