They really are the best. Anh really impressed me with her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I've never ever had nails last this long, it's pretty incredible how they do it! Made the mistake of going somewhere else in between visits and the gel was peeling off in a week and a half. Highly recommend the ladies at this shop.

I highly suggest this nail shop- everyone was friendly and worked quickly. I came in with some BUSTED hard gel nails that they quickly and gently removed. Keyword- gently because my nails are sensitive. Then they did a lovely set of gel extensions with cat eye polish, to my specific shape and length requests. I also was in a HUGE time crunch to finish my nails so I could run to pick up my engagement ring which was getting resized at an antique jewelry shop- the shop closed at 5-and I live in the states so this was my only chance to do it all- they got me out by 4:35 when I came in at 3:05 (!!), helped me charge my phone while there so I could call my uber literally while my last nails were being painted- Hanen (I'm sorry I probably misspelled her name) was so sweet she even went outside and asked my uber driver to wait a couple minutes for me. She did such a lovely and perfect job, she was super cool to talk to and honestly I'm just blown away by it all working so perfectly. I got my ring in time, and now I can take photos for my family without being embarrassed by my old nails! Thank you so much!

Wonderful service. Very kind, patient, gentle and polite staff, who are also highly skilled. Shellac manicure and pedicure have lasted over 3 weeks - better than anywhere else I've been, including my more local spa nails where I have previously been going for a few years! Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. I should have taken a photo at the time when they were newly done, but this photo shows my nails 3 weeks later - as you can see, the shellac is still well adhered to the nails and neat, despite swimming every day and filing down to keep them short how I like them!

I had one of the most amazing experiences at the salon . Tina transformed my feet from feet you couldn't touch because of too much hard skin to soft and even skinned feet . First experience in my life and it was worth it . I intend to have this treatment once a month now . Such a great feeling all day .

I wanted a clean up of my nails and cuticle then a very simple nude colour. I should've taken a before photo as this after photo doesn't do the nail tech justice. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. The nail spa itself is decorated beautifully. Cannot wait to have a pedicure next time in those luxurious looking chairs.

it was my first time here i booked with tina but ann did my nails instead which was no problem at all as she was so so amazing. they were both incredibly sweet and i got my nails done back home before i came back to london and everywhere except for here refused to infill them which is why i really appreciate they didnt turn me down. it was a proper proper emergency nail appointment 😭😅😂. ann did an amazing job i am a little bit of a tedious customer, i usually feel awful for it, ann seemed understanding and we didnt have to back and forth about anything she did everything i asked for. i will definitely be back! this might be the first time i got my nails done in london and they're not crooked lol... so so so incredibly happy i found this place
