Literally the only place I keep going back to get my nails done. I've never managed to get them done for more than two months in a row anywhere else without them getting super weak and breaking, until I found Sadie. My nails are probably the healthiest they've ever been, she doesn't use e-files (what a game changer!) and is SO QUICK but also so precise. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The Cwtch is such a gem, it's always warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is spot on every time: great music, endless cups of tea, and the loveliest atmosphere. Sadie is an incredible nail tech. I honestly wouldn't trust my nails with anyone else. When I first started seeing her, my nails were in rough shape, brittle, broken, and damaged. Thanks to Sadie's care, skill, and advice, my nails are now strong and healthy again. She's not just talented, she genuinely cares about her clients and their nail health. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Would highly recommend! I've been going to Sadie now regularly since September 2023 when my nails were in a pretty horrible state from gel removals at another place. She's been doing such a great job getting my nails to be healthy and strong again. I absolutely love her attention to detail and the great care she takes. She's got stunning colours and always the best advice when I'm being indecisive. My nails now bring me so much joy! Her lash and brow treatments are also second to none. Can't wait to treat myself to another lash curl and brow lamination. It makes such a difference! She's a local gem and I'm so happy to have found her. <3

Sadie is amazing. I'm so glad I found her a few months ago, she's so friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The space is cosy and welcoming and there's an amazing choice of nail colours. I love that Sadie doesn't use electronic files, something which is hard to find locally. My nails are in good condition since I've been regularly visiting The Cwtch, compared to frequently having broken nails at the salon I went to before, where electronic files were used. I've embraced nail art since thanks to her fantastic creative ideas and skill and constantly get positive comments on my design choice. I would 100% recommend 😊

Sadie is THE go-to nail technician for fabulous nails. Every appointment with Sadie is such a pleasure, she takes so much care and precision in her work and really aims for the best for her clients. She is superb at nail art, intricate designs and is a perfectionist so you won't leave until your nails are flawless. Sadie always has great ideas when I'm indecisive about what to get on my nails and recommended BIAB which still looks fresh after 4 weeks. I've also had brow treatments with great results. The best part of the Cwtch is that babies are welcome during treatments which is such a godsend! Hands down, Sadie is best!

Sadie is the best around. The Cwtch is the most beautiful and welcoming salon, with Sadie always happy to help with a baby while getting your nails done. I've been seeing Sadie for 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My nails always look amazing, the chat is excellent and the tea/bubbles on special occasions are always on point.
