  Jess's work is done to an exceptional standard which would be hard to beat . She is knowledgable professional and carries out her work to a very high standard in a manner which puts the welfare of your nails first by providing an immaculately clean and hygienic salon.   Jess was amazing, I'm so glad I found her, have been using a local salon who I have since discovered outrageously over charged me for treatments but worked on my nails when they shouldn't have and caused problems to my natural nail, this was discovered when Jess was working on my removal. Jess was sympathetic and genuine, she did everything she could with professionalism and care to help eitj the problems they caused and I am so happy with the result, I have already booked my next appointment!   Jess is so lovely and knowledgeable. She puts you at ease straight away! I contacted Jess as I had an issue with my previous biab nails as I suspected one of my nails was turning a bit green! Jess was so caring and went out of her way to research the best way to help get my nails healthy again. She didn't Judge me and even when it took over 2 hours to remove my previous set of biab nails she didn't make me feel bad she was so determined to help me start a healthy nail journey! I wouldn't go anywhere else now! I can honestly say I have gained a new friend in Jess!
