My favorite manicure so far! Lisa did a great job at removing my previous gel manicure very gently, with no damage to the underlying nail surface. I then got a 'glazed' donut manicure and couldn't be more pleased with the results - so clean and natural looking but with a bit of oomph from the glaze! The salon itself is clean, practices are hygienic and the staff are very professional. Thank you Lisa! Photos shown are on the day of manicure as well as one week on - still looking good!

The best - The Lab I've been a loyal client of The Lab for years, and it's safe to say my nail appointments have become the highlight of my schedule-everything else is planned around them! I was one of their first clients, and now I bring my daughter with me, which speaks volumes about the trust I have in their service. Anna, Lisa and the team at The Lab is simply amazing, professional, kind, and always supportive. No request is ever too much for them, and they always go above and beyond to make sure we leave happy. Plus hygiene standards-absolutely top-notch! I constantly receive compliments on my nails and lashes(!), and it's all thanks to their incredible work. I couldn't recommend The Lab more highly, it's truly the best nail salon around! ❤️

I was a new customer to the salon and will definitely be returning. Mid way through my appointment I started feeling light headed and faint and Elena immediately was kind, compassionate and got me water, a chocolate, and opened the door. Several members of staff made sure I was ok and I really appreciated this. I couldn't continue my appointment as normal (initially wanted French tips - which I will be back to get eventually😉) but nothing was made to feel a big deal even though I was worried about wasting time and causing a fuss. The staff here were so so lovely to me and I can't thank them enough. Despite having to get up and disrupt the appointment (at one point I thought I ruined my nails), my nails still came out perfect. I'm so happy and can't wait to book my next appointment here knowing how nice everyone is and how amazing my nails now are. Thank you all particularly to Elena, you are the best 🫶🏻

The first time I have ever done Apres Gel-X nails and Anna did such an amazing job, my nails are perfect. Absolutely no drilling and therefore no damage to your natural nails Anna ensured that I got the nail design I wanted (ombre, a bit more pink, medium length square nails with rounded edges so the tips are not sharp). Anna was very friendly and had excellent attention to detail. Anna used the natural long square nails as it was a better fit for my nails and then cut them to my desired length and asked if I was happy with the length and cut them a little bit more as requested. I got non stop compliments from friends and family ( my family and friends even mentioned that they will be booking their nails with The Lab) . The place was also very clean. I will definitely be going back and booking with Anna. Don't even hesitate booking, just book you won't be disappointed. 😀

The Lab is the BEST place to get your nails done. The girls are so caring and attentive when doing your nails, and they always come out looking amazing. I never used to be a nail girlie, but you always end up feeling so pampered. It's such a lovely atmosphere in the shop too! Elena, and Lisa always make my nails look so good whilst also making me laugh.

Had my second appointment there yesterday and can't recommend it enough! The space is clean and the women are so friendly and kind, they want to chat to you and always make sure that the work they've done is what you asked for. I had my appointment with Caroline and she was so lovely, gentle and caring about the nail art she did on my nails. Other clients were also chatting to their technicians while getting their nails done and it overall just created a nice environment to be in. Will definitely be back!

I used to really dislike getting my nails done as I found most salons to be overwhelming and like a conveyor belt of people. These ladies take their time yet very efficient, they really take care of you. Best thing is they don't use drills and my nails have become really strong. Highly recommend Caroline 👍🏻
