⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing service I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The place is clean, calm, and very professional, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They really listened to what I wanted and took great care with every detail. My nails came out beautiful - clean, natural, and perfectly shaped. I also had a big toe extension, which was done carefully and hygienically. The quality of work is excellent.The price was exactly the same as listed on the website when I booked online, which I really appreciated - no surprises at all. I was so happy with the service that I also left a small tip. Amazing service, great value, and a very positive experience overall. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend! 💅✨

Been going a year now, once a month for a BIAB. My nails never chip or break, not once, no peeling or popping off. The quality and selection is fantastic, I always love the Cats-Eye design and I've never had the same one twice now. The staff and team are excellent, they run a tight ship and it's always booked and busy. They're friendly and kind and even if I take too long between infills they handle and sort it out within an hour.

My favourite nail salon, I tried so many other salons in local areas but this is the only one I will keep returning to!! I've had multiple acrylic nail sets done at The Lounge, and also pedicures too. My nails are always 10/10, and the pedicures are so good. The staff are always incredibly welcoming, everyone is so talented and friendly. The salon is always super clean & comfortable, and prices fair and transparent. Will always keep returning and recommending to others! 😊

Under New Management I want to support The Lounge Nail and Beauty, which is currently managed and run by a friendly husband, wife, and team. The manager or team always offered me and my daughter refreshments. My daughter and I have been going here for nails, eyebrows, and Pedicures for a long time now. On 13th August 2025, I had a lovely Pedicure because it was my birthday on 14th August 2025. I had a lovely and relaxing experience in the massage chair while having a Pedicure. The Lounge is the best Beauty place in the area, and the manager is always willing to give me an appointment if it is short notice. It would be nice if a discount card could be in operation.

Visited for the 1st time today upon recommendation from my niece & was not disappointed. Had BIAB for nails & Shellac Pedicure. Can honestly say the pedicure was the best one I've EVER had. Was not expecting the hot stones ... bliss! All the staff were very friendly especially Jenny & John who attended to me. Lady next to me was having nail art & it was amazing. Offered a drink & a biscuit ... nice little touches. Lovely & clean, massage chairs were fab. Would highly recommend & will be visiting again.

I went to the Lounge for the first time today as a couple of my friends from work are customers there. I had a fab experience! It was so relaxing in the shop due to the music and calm atmosphere. I had a great pedicure where hot stones were used and lots of care was taken. I had acrylic done on my nails. I went for a classic French manicure full set and they look lovely. The nail technicians were very skilled, attentive and friendly. I will definitely be going back.
