Update (08/07/25)- have been to this nail salon many times since and each time I have had a great experience. Ti did such a gorgeous job today on my nails! She spent a really good amount of time making sure they were perfect and kept asking if I am happy with it. She is a star⭐️ .... Today was my first time trying this nail salon. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and my husband got a pedicure. I was so impressed by this nail salon, there was great attention to detail and it had a luxuary feel to it. The place was very clean too!

Update: The salon reached out to me and offered to rectify the nails for free so I opted in for haily bieber nails and it turned out very nice! ------------------- Super disappointed with what I walked out with.Sure the staff was nice enough (especially the lady named Tammy) but she had to hand over the rest (probably the most important part) to a different guy who had no idea how to do cat eye....ok they don't have the colour i wanted which was fine but as a nail technician surely you should be able to do something more... I even offered to show him a tutorial online but he declined to learn so I just had to do with what he has to offer.. and I absolutely hate it.
