The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The nail technician who worked with me was exceptionally skilled and patient. She took her time to understand the style I wanted, offered helpful advice and paid extraordinary attention to detail. Every step of the process was done with care and precision, from shaping to polishing. The hygiene standards were excellent, and all tools and stations were spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. What truly impressed me was the quality of the final result - my nails looked flawless, neat and beautifully finished. The polish was smooth, perfectly applied and long-lasting. Beyond the technical quality, the overall experience felt personal and relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and very well taken care of.
