Steph is the loveliest lady, who makes you feel really comfortable and welcome. Intimate 1:1 appointments, so you never feel rushed or like you're being squeezed in. She enjoys doing any design you show her but also comes up with her own ideas to make the best of your nails. I've switched between acrylic and BIAB and she's always accommodated this. Super easy to contact and pay her. I changed from using main high street nail salons, which left me with damaged and painful nails and I couldn't always get the exact nails I wanted nor felt that relaxed.

Steph is so accommodating. I first found Steph looking for a new salon after using one for many years was no longer working for me, I would always have acrylic extensions with the hope to grow my own nails but my nails were always too week. After having a couple of appointments with Steph I was able to start having BIAB and my nails have never grown so well and so strong. It's amazing being able to have my own natural length. (Which is so super short) and Steph is able to work with such small nails and make them look beautiful (I choose to have my nails shorter) Steph actually is a nail technician that cares for her clients nails and the nail health and actually wants to help you improve that. I have never had an issue and always been so happy with my designs, Steph will always help with designs and patterns and learns what her clients love! I would recommend Steph to everyone. From making you feel so welcome to always being there if you ever need to get in touch with her regarding an appointment or a nail idea. Very accommodating. Never had a bad experience.
