Not my usual go-to salon but fancied a change. So glad I went! Really happy with my nails, best set ive had in a while 💅. The lady was so gentle and took the time to make sure they were done well. Salon overall is clean and all staff are friendly and polite. Will definitely return and am even hoping to try one of their facials and head spas !!!! 💆🏻‍♀️✨️

Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by a clean and pleasant environment. The young nail technician who attended to me was attentive and stayed by my side throughout the entire process. Not moving me from station to station, which i do not like and despite a slight language barrier, she was able to answer my questions and provide excellent service. The attention to detail and precision in shaping and painting my nails was truly impressive. While the price for the design I chose was a bit higher than expected, I believe that quality work is worth the investment. that being said this particular set would have usually cost me around £40 to £45 pounds. However I paid £60, she took approx 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete my set. 🥰 i explain to her about other designs that I would have liked to use and asked what the price range would be. Her response was for a set of show nails, extra long length it would be a pound per minute, and take a long time to complete. I add this conversation for those that like extra extravagant nails, so you know what to expect and that they can execute this type of nail. Just add to this paragraph I will add the nails that was done first and then a set of nails i would like her to complete a later date.

I have been going to Nail Fairy for my nails for nearly 20 years and they've always been fab. They've recently started doing head spas which I was really excited about trying and had my first one on Friday. It was amazing and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting one. It was a relaxing experience and I can't wait for my next one.

Nail Fairy was always the place to go for nails but I haven't been for years due to other nail shops opening closer to home. However I needed a nail appointment in the town centre late on the 23rd December. I messaged The Nail Fairy and they said they would stay open later for my appointment. The staff were all welcoming and friendly even though they were waiting to go home and my nails were done perfectly, really pleased with them and will definitely be going back here more often! Amazing service and even better workmanship, thank you!
