Excellent first visit Excellent service on my first visit to this beauty salon - polite & friendly Lorna at the start taking my booking & greeting and on to an excellent assessment of my nails & manicure with Lien . I highly recommend this salon based on my first experience. I hadn't booked a pedicure but when I expressed a wish to have done so, this was swiftly checked and offered . I also had great advice on nail care & a suitable treatment offered to help - a high level of sports activities have created problems , I will see if the treatment provided works well - after this first class service , I fully expect Lien's advice & treatment to work . A Lovely team , very relaxed friendly atmosphere in the heart of Chelsea .

Amazing customer service! I got biab nails done here and they broke after a couple of days, but I was away on holiday. When I came back 2 weeks later I asked if they could fix the broken nails, and they did a great job and didn't charge me for it. Much appreciated, will be coming back!

Jessica did a great job on my nails! She saved me money by repairing and filling in my existing acrylics instead of replacing them, and was open to collaboration in the design of my nails. She did a wonderful job and also gave great advice and suggestions in art and life,m. Would definitely return!

Jessica and the team at The Nail Gallery are welcoming, professional and talented nail technicians. My nails were in a poor state when I started going to the Nail Gallery and in only 6 months, they are in incredible health and finally long. Long enough that I can have my favourite nail shape - almond! I looked everywhere for a nail salon that specialised in Biosculpture and I have found it. The gel lasts for 4 weeks and the colour range is amazing. Using Biosculpture has hugely contributed to the health and growth of my nails. I can't thank the team enough.

I moved from London 10 years ago and I have never had as good a pedicure as at the Nail Gallery. I was fortunate to work near the salon for 15 years and if I am honest I didn't appreciate just how incredible the entire team are until I had to go elsewhere. They are so professional and the results are absolutely perfect every single time. I travelled all the way from Bristol to return and it was just as amazing as I remembered. My feet never look as good as after a visit here, they are the very best. 💗
