Recently had my nails done for the first time by Kate! She is so welcoming and it's so refreshing to have a good chat and a laugh whilst getting my nails done! I don't get my nails done often but it was my Christmas party over the weekend and I wanted some Christmas nails and Kate delivered everything I wanted and more! Absolutely will be returning and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new nail tech! ✨

I came to The Nail Lounge after a complete mess up from another salon, feeling pretty disheartened, and honestly I couldn't be more grateful that I found Katie and Steph. The passion, time, and effort this nail team puts into their work goes beyond anything I've ever experienced. From the moment I sat down, they talked me through everything, every step, every option with so much care and compassion. You can truly feel how much they love what they do. Their creativity is amazing; the ideas they share are bang on trend, thoughtful, stylish, and perfectly tailored rather than rushed or generic. What stood out the most for me was how incredibly gentle they are, especially when filing. I've been to many nail salons over the years, and no one has ever been this careful and considerate. It made such a difference and completely rebuilt my trust after a bad experience elsewhere. Katie and Steph don't just do nails they genuinely care about the health of them and about their clients. I walked out not only with beautiful nails, but feeling listened to and looked after. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and can't recommend them highly enough.

Can I give 6 stars ? I absolutely love seeing Kate and Steph and have been a customer for years now I always get long stilleto nails with lots of colours and details and nothing is too much to get as these guys treat nail application and designs as the art form it is ! They are a dream to work with and take all ideas into account and we work together to create the best possible nails ! The environment and welcome is always warm and homely and I am so happy every time I get a new set and I love trying out new ideas and colours with the help of these wonderful people !

I've been having my nails done by Kate & Steph for about 2 years now, really wouldn't consider going anywhere else, they are lovely, very professional and it's really nice to have a good old chat especially when we're in times when we can't see many people. They are always full of ideas for your nails, from little transfers to lots of sparkle,they just never seem to run out of ideas for designs and colors. Give them a go you won't be disappointed 😁

They are so creative and full of great ideas to achieve the style of nails you want. A five star service, with great conversation whilst you're there, the time flew by. I have been getting my nails done by Kate & Steph for nearly 2 years now and would highly recommend them. A friend recommended them to me as I previously had a bad experience with a different nail salon in Dunstable, so I was really pleased to find a local nail lounge that offers great service and quality. They are flexible with their appointments and do their best to accommodate me. I always feel at ease as Kate & Steph welcome you into their own home; it is much more relaxed and friendly compared to high street nail bars/salons. My nails never chip despite me being heavy handed and typing whilst at work; which shows that they use good quality polish. Their prices are very good compared to others in the area. Whenever I am stuck on what design/colour to have they give me good suggestions and have encouraged me to try different designs. I always get positive comments from other people about my nails and have also been given tips on how to look after them. There is a huge range of gel colours and different designs using patterns/textures (e.g. diamantes and pattern stamps); the possibilities are endless! Below is a picture of my Christmas nails.

Was super quick, excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for, with the loveliest, friendliest company and a super clean, comfortable environment, with easily accessible parking.
