  First time I've been to a public place since 2020 (due to Covid-19) and I am so impressed with the level of safety and professionalism shown by The Nail Lounge - St Albans and their amazing staff. Jade, the owner/manager took care of me and ensured I was happy with my treatment overall. I had a pedicure with Ruby who did such a wonderful job on my toes, cuticles and helped me choose a lovely summery colour. It was such a lovely treat and relaxing environment, I literally wanted to spend all day in there. The young man working there was very endearing, he created a welcoming vibe. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend. Thanks all xx

  Used to go a few years ago and would get a bit frustrated as appointment times weren't being respected every time I'd go, however I've been the last 3/4 times recently for my shellac infills and I've got to say I've received the friendliest service, Jade is so lovely as are the others and I've felt very welcome and am always seen to on time. I have a different lady every time but all have been up to standard and take their time in perfecting the shapes I ask for! Slightly more expensive than some other nail salons but my nails last me a long time, my last set lasting me 4 weeks. For Christmas we all got a goody back with a mini nail kit which was such a lovely touch! See you all soon X

  Got my first pedicure ever and it changed my life. I will definitely be going back to The Nail Lounge in St Albans. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy - full of customers, which is a good sign, and got seen to straight away with my booking. All the women were very professional and friendly. Alysha did my pedicure and she did an amazing job with my rugby feet! She got rid of all the hard skin on my feet and my old blisters too. I've literally got brand new feet now, brilliant. I'm so pleased that this salon had all the measures in place to ensure it is Covid-secure. It is very sanitary, clean, and professional. Well done, I'll be back every month! Cheers, Adam
