Alex took great care of my nails, making sure the prep was perfect, and she took her time to make sure that the design I wanted was perfect too. I asked Alex to do my wedding nails and she did not let me down. She painted a beautiful design, exactly what I asked for, and have been back this evening to have the gels removed - 6 weeks later with no chipping, breaking or lifting! My natural nails are in really good condition and I'm grateful to Alex for the time, care and attention she took. The artwork was perfect and I'm so happy I found The Nail Palette, I have recommended to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you again!

Ive gone from having my nails done once in a blue moon to regular appointments with Alex, purely because the whole experience is amazing and I'm immensely pleased with the results everytime. I went in to get some birthday nails and after plenty of time mulling over colours, due to Alex's attention to detail, I am completely in love with my nails and so excited for my next set with her!!

My visit to Alex and her nail studio was the best nail appointment experience I've had to date! I don't think I've met a nail technician so welcoming and knowledgeable before. I had a full set of acrylics which were a reduced fee as they were a practice set, but honestly, I'm shocked that they were only Alex's 5th or 6th set as they are perfect to me. She took so much care to make sure I was always comfortable, that the nails were lined up perfectly, that I understood how each part of the process should be done properly to protect my nails and more. If I had any questions, Alex had all the answers. I was there for a long time (as we had no time constraints and as mentioned, this was a practice set) and I was entertained the whole time, both by our conversations and the ADORABLE pups! 1000/10, will be back again. My only regret will be if Alex gets so popular that she gets booked up really quickly!

Alex was a solid 10/10! First time coming to her and will be coming back permanently as I've found my perfect nail tech! She took her time in making sure that I was happy with what I wanted and she provided a gorgeous cup of tea (with filtered water) 😉. Alex's skill and attention to detail is second to none when it comes to nail art. She is also very gentle when preparing the nail beds and cuticles. She did some freehand Mediterranean tile & citrus fruit style gel polish on my natural nails and they look amazing! She is lovely to talk to, has a beautiful home nail salon in her garden and drinks were provided. It made for a lovely relaxed experience and I'm thrilled with the results!
