Have been a customer at the Nail room since 2017 and couldn't imagine letting anyone else do my nails! Lucy always bends over backwards to fit me in even for last minute repairs etc and I'm always welcomed by a vanilla latte ☕️ would recommend to anyone! X

Absolutely amazing salon experience at The Nail Room. Always try 110% to meet your needs and are a friendly group. Some of the nail designs I have had here have been very complicated but they are always up for the challenge and will try again and again until I'm happy with them. Always go above and beyond. Would recommend for anyone, I had some terrible experiences at places and not worth it will never leave the nail room! They have just had a revamp too and the room looks so slick and professional. Thanks as always for so many great nails. 🥰

I have been attending The Nail Room in Wednesbury for well over 6 years now and I always have the best experience! From the moment you walked in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable straight away, offering drinks of choice. The shop aesthetics are 10/10!!! They do their best to accommodate all appointments, even the last minute ones! The range of products and attention to detail is amazing-no rushed work here! The vision for my nails are always brought to life and the selection of products are fab! My nails always look amazing and I always get compliments! Book those mani/pedi's in ladies!!

Sanj is fabulous, his customer care skills & willingness to always help is never not appreciated. Me & my mom feel that his fabulous self makes the shop even greater. The Nail shop has helped my nails to grow & maintain a healthy look, furthermore their designs are 10/10, glad i gave it a try. I have been a customer of the nail room for a number of years. Heather is brilliant at what she does. She is professional and so friendly. Her eye for detail is immaculate whether this be doing your nails or the cleanliness of her salon. I would definitely recommend the nail room hence the length of time I have been going. I would also commend Heather on the extra measures in place to make her customers feel safe during what has been a very challenging time for businesses but Heather has stepped up to the plate and gone over and above to look after her customers.
