I've been going to The Nails Studio for years, and they're consistently brilliant. I've had my nails done by everyone owners, long-timers, new staff - and they all know exactly what they're doing. My nails always last 3+ weeks. They know their customers, remember what you like, and genuinely care. My family and friends all go now too, and we've all had the same great service. I've seen the team treat elderly clients and first-timers with so much patience and kindness. Don't let the harsh reviews put you off! They definitely don't match my experience or anyone I know. Mum and I go to this salon all the time. We are always offered a drink when we get there. The salon is very clean and the staff are very friendly, polite and professional at all times. I would recommend that if you are looking to have your nails done then this is the place for you. They go out of there way to give you what you want and you can also take photos of nails and they will try and do them for you.
