Honestly, this is the best nail salon I've been to. The place is really clean, the staff are warm and welcoming, and they actually take their time with you. My nails came out so neat and the BIAB was done perfectly - no rushing, no lifting after.

Jenny is an amazing therapist. She has all the qualities of a great professional: communication, technique, attention to detail, dedication and sanitary measures.The quality of her work is brilliant as she is a perfectionist that clearly enjoys her craft. She has always been accommodating with appointments. I can honestly say she is the best. While waiting for my appointment. I adored to see her use sterilised equipment for each client. I booked to get a BIAB infill here as I'd had a couple of bad experiences with BIAB in the Tonbridge area. Jenny was brilliant - she was diligent with filing down and trimming back my cuticles and tidying everything up. She was then incredibly thorough with the application of the BIAB and I came away with a flawless manicure that looked so natural. BIAB can look a bit thick, but this was such a thin, beautiful result. Two weeks later and my nails are still looking great. The salon is nice and light and airy, and I didn't have any concerns about hygiene. Great value for money, and it was lovely to chat to both the staff and the other clients. Overall, a really fantastic experience, and when I'm in the area again I will definitely go back to Jenny.
