First time at The Nails Place and went with my mam both for acrylic extensions (with different styles). They did exactly what we wanted without any issues and they were very thorough in what they were doing and kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with length, shape etc. Our nails are beautiful and will definitely return in the future (infills/removal/new sets). The price point initially seemed excessive for basic acrylic extension (without coloured powder or polish or designs, these have additional charges), however once there as they're being done and how thorough they are it is well worth the standard price point plus additional costs for coloured powder, polish and designs. They were busy, but no queue while I was there (I pre-booked our appointment via messenger, very quick at replying to messages). The salon was very clean and there wasn't any overpowering chemical smell either (most salons I've visited have had constant chemical smells and long queues even with a pre-booked appointment). Staff are friendly and attentive to make sure you're happy and double/triple check if you've decided to add/change what you want. Thank you The Nails Place for our beautiful Nails.

This is my second visit to TNP but I'm so pleased. Absolutely beautiful work by Joey again, staff are so friendly, and take there time to make sure your nails are perfect when you leave. I've never had this length of nails (the blue fames are my second set) and this is just with builder gel! Thank you so much, you've got a regular client 💕 Adding onto my review - third set again and I'm obsessed!! There's nowhere better ❤️

The staff are wonderful! I've been to a lot of nail places in Newcastle but have never tried The Nail Place before and I am definitely coming back, this is from now on my new go-to nail place. Gorgeous interior, huge range of colours and very quick service. I was actually 10 minutes early for my appointment and I got seated right away. I had a very specific look that I wanted for my nails and I was unsure if the design wasn't going to turn out the way it did on Pinterest but it turned out even better than the picture I showed. I was amazed, best nail place in the whole of Newcastle in my opinion. 10/10 on everything from the service, the talent of the nail artists, the care and the overall outcome of my nails. Thank you so much for the best nail experience!

I am obsessed with how good the nail techs (well nail artists!) are at The Nails Place. For the last 6 months I have visited regularly and they have managed to get my nails looking and feeling the best they have ever been. It's the first time I've been to this nail salon and also the first time with getting acrylic nails but thought I'd treat myself for a holiday coming up. I felt like they listened to what I'd like for nail design and treated me really well as a client. I love the nail art I had done and it looks amazing as shown on the photo. Their nail technicians are talented and creative...my design wasn't easy! Highly recommend them and will be back 😁✨. Had a great experience here. I had a shellac with coloured French tips done to my hand. In love with them (got brown gold for autumn).The pedicure was wonderful, they took their time, would have preferred more of a massage with it (most places do it). I appreciated the amount of time of the services and the care they try to give each client, including myself. First time I've seen this in a nail place, will not forget that! My friend had gel extensions done and she loves it. Would highly recommend and I hope the staff themselves take proper lunch breaks. You can tell they are so dedicated to their clients. Great place and I hope to come here again for my nails when I visit the UK again. Can't wait to show off my nails when I return to Canada! Affordable and they accommodate anything.
