I'm absolutely thrilled with the service at the nails story Brentwood! The team is incredibly professional, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. They're super accommodating, always getting my requests just right. The salon is spotless, and they have an amazing selection of colors and styles to choose from. But what really stands out is the friendly and polite staff - they make every visit a pleasure! Highly recommend!

Amazing salon, I booked to have biab infils which at my previous salon took around 80-90 minutes and with nail story I was in and out within the hour and the quality is amazing! The service is brilliant and the staff are so friendly ! They have so many colours to pick from, a really comfortable and clean environment and just such a lovely experience. Highly recommend

Amazing staff, everyone very friendly, and an exceptional work. I love my nails. This is my Christmas nails done at the salon! I have been coming to the Nails Story in Brentwood for quite a few times now & I always leave feeling satisfied, happy and cared for. I have been to many nail salons in my time, this one is by far the absolute best. The owners are always super friendly, warm & accommodating and the atmosphere in general is just lovely. I always look forward to coming to The Nail Story as it is a peaceful break from the mundanity of everyday life.

I've been to The Nails Story a couple of times now, and after trying most of the nail salons in Brentwood, I can confidently say they're the best by far. The customer service is outstanding, they always make you feel welcome and at ease. The nail designs and shaping are absolutely spectacular, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. It's a family-run business, and that personal, transparent touch really comes through. I'll definitely be coming here for the foreseeable future!

Had an incredible experience at the salon getting my old acrylics removed and new ones applied. Lovely vibe in the location, the team were so sweet and welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted. So so many colours to choose from and the service was efficient and super pleasant. 10000000/10 would recommend. If I lived in Brentwood I would be going back every month to get my nails redone. Actually sad that I will be leaving the country in a few days and probably won't be back to the salon for a long time!

Since they opened in Brentwood, this nail salon is now my go to spot! They offer an amazing range of colours - definitely more than any other salon I've been to in the area. I'd been searching for a place that does cat eye design for ages, and I was so happy to find they not only offer it, but also have so many colours to choose from. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, and Tammy did an incredible job on my latest set. I absolutely love how they turned out!
