Lovely and calm experience. Such a beautiful manicure room too. Sarah was welcoming, talkative and such a genuinely nice person. It was fantastic getting my nails done by her. Were do i begin... sarah was so lovely and it was so kind of her to make me feel so welcomed. I love getting my nails done and wanted to make them healthy again and grow them out, she gave me all the advice she thought would be best and knew what she was talking about if i had any questions. My nails looked amazing and i had a great day treating myself. She made my nails look so pretty and they are exactly as the picture i showed her. I can't wait to go back, I would 100% recommend her for your nails!!

From the moment I arrived, Sarah was incredibly welcoming. She offered me a delightful beverage, setting her apart from any other nail technician I've been to. I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment, and my nails turned out exactly as I had envisioned. My mum scheduled this appointment for my 16th birthday, and Sarah made it even more special by giving me a gift-thank you so much! I also want to give a special shoutout to her adorable puppy 🐶; everything was just perfect! ❤️

I visited the polish lounge for the first time not really knowing what to expect. I'm a nail biter and I don't really get my nails done too often, but I do have enough experience to know a professional job when I see one. Sarah did not disappoint! She was amazing! Whilst she is newly qualified and is still growing in confidence she knows all about nail care and is so warm and enthusiastic which is such a breath of fresh air. Personally I can't stand big impersonal salons so her small studio is a beautiful set up and everything is immaculate and so pretty, with such a full array of nail polish colours to choose from. She did a great job of preparing my very short nails for a french gel polish manicure. My nails were not in a great condition which made me a more challenging client but I was made to feel like this was my very own personal v.i.p experience! I left the polish lounge very happy with such pretty nails for party season! I will be back and highly recommend😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I first spoke with Sarah through facebook messenger she make sure I was understood on what I was looking to have done, which was French BIAB. Sarah was great at communicating with me right up to my appointment time. I arrived for my appointment and Sarah was very welcoming, opening the door into her lovely home. She led me to her nail lounge and it's beautiful, very well presented. Everything you would need and more. Very attractive, offering cold drinks and coffee. Sarah chatted through my appointment that made me feel at ease, that we had known each other already. I even got to meet her beautiful will fur baby. I had a great experience, 110% was given and my nails were amazing too. Thank you
