  I would give The Pretty Parlour more than 5 stars for sure! The owner is kind, sweet and welcoming! She helped me booking the perfect gift appointment for my husband's birthday and the experience was amazing! They prepared the basement area just for us, it was so pretty and cozy! Shout out to Ashanti and Ruby that did a great job with our mani and pedi session. This place has one of the best customer service I've ever experienced, please do yourself a favor and book with them! 😉

  This is genuinely the best manicure I've ever had! Really great attention to detail with the cuticles etc. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was so calm and lovely and the drinks/snacks were very cute. We've been trying to find a good salon in Ealing/acton for ages and we've finally found a great one.
