I had my nails done for the first time ever and I absolutely adore them. I was felt so welcomed and was taken through the design that I wanted as well as the BIAB application process. Tina told me if I wasn't happy I could tell her and she would change anything. Honestly a great experience. Love my BIAB extensions, will be coming back again!

I've been coming to Top Nails since July. I had NO nails, and no experience of going to a nail salon, so didn't know what to expect. They have taken my nails from the first picture to the second in a couple of months. My nails are healthy and growing. I've never had them chip or lift and each time, they have lasted for at least three - four weeks. They would definitely last longer but I always get impatient and want another design done 🤣 Once you come her a few times, you'll feel like they know you and they'll treat you as such. Definitely give it a go!

Mixed experience Sometime amazing, sometimes subpar it feels inconsistent, I have never had a bad time with the guy who works here- the nails have been great, perfect attention to detail and last a long time. Apologies I do not know their name. However, once I have had some rude treatment (tutting and sighing from a team member directed at me when I didn't move my hands too graciously and I did apologise), and tried to charge more despite there being clear prices and I come here often so I know what the set price is for my desired treatment which are listed on their business cards so I am not sure how this can be mistaken. I have recently had a set that look great but one of the nails have come off within a week and I am hoping my glue will do the DIY job. It is bittersweet overall because each time the nails look great but I cannot say each visit or the longetivity of the nails each time is outstanding. It would be good if the feedback can be taken on board because I do tend to enjoy coming here.
