The customer service is absolutely fantastic, the nail quality is amazing, and they are super fast without ever compromising on perfection. Vicky, the owner, is fabulous. I only ever get my nails done by her - she's a true perfectionist and knows exactly how I like my nails. She doesn't even need to ask anymore; she just does them beautifully every single time. Great pricing, great availability, and I'm always able to get an appointment - even last minute. Every visit feels personal and professional, and I'm always made to feel so looked after. I was even treated to a lovely voucher at Christmas, which was such a thoughtful touch. Fantastic service. Was offered tea and coffee by staff. Took their time and great care in my nails I really wanted. I thought I was being too difficult but look how amazing they did. Worth the money spent. Thank you so much. Been coming here years and I can tell you I'm really fussy. And i have croocked (twisting fingers) they made the nails look straight and amazing ty.

I had the guy for regular pedi and he was ok, not the best but not terrible. He then started on my hands (I had booked gel + nail art) and he was clearly unable. Even his finishing on the nails wasn't great and he was unable/ unwilling to do any nail art. I then had to wait 20 mins for another technician to become available to finish the job. She also was reluctant but did a good job in the end.
