I have been coming here for a few months months now and have to say that every time Nicole has done my nails I have been so pleased with them! I love getting my nails done at USA! They always listen and the staff are so lovely. It's clean, organised, friendly. My pedi was delightful I nearly fell asleep and my gel nails with French manicure is perfect. Highly reccomend

I've been here a few times, but wanted to leave a review after a particularly pleasant visit last Friday for a BIAB manicure and gel pedicure. Despite being a busy time, I never felt rushed or like the salon was hectic, which I believe is so rare in nail salons. Tina really helped me wind down after a stressful week. Just one negative was that my BIAB was picked off a bit instead of soaked and filed. I had noted I have really weak nails so was a little disappointed by this. But overall I think this salon is the calmest and kindest in Berkhamsted, and my BIAB and gel pedicures always look really good!

Exceptionally enjoy coming here! The staff members are very efficient with the timings & bookings which is fantastic for people that have extremely busy schedule's. Every time I get my acrylics done here, I am treated with utmost kindness, respectfulness & genuine care. The staff will always check if I am okay, and if everything feels okay. Honestly, I am extremely appreciative of this place.

My new go to! Staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Definitely the best in Berko. Prices are really reasonable and the quality of my nails (removal and dip powder) was excellent.

I go for my nails here regulary and I absolutely love it, the staff are incredible and their nails are always amazing and last a good few weeks and still manage to look just as fresh as they did when first done. They have all the colours imaginable and are always willing to try any pattern/design you might like and always make you feel comfortable and engage in conversation! I also went in for their new eyelash extensions in which they have recently introduced and they did a fab job, I still have them on after 3 weeks and I'm obsessed, can't recommend USA nails enough!!
