First time getting Russian nail/Biab treatment and I'm in love! I visited the salon for a Sculpt and Tightened treatment but the beautiful Kiran (that's another review). I told her I needed to get my nails done and Kiran recommended Vicky in the salon. Vicky was very welcoming and fitted me in. I told her what I wanted and she introduced me to the Russian nail treatment and it made a massive difference! I don't know why I hadn't tried this earlier- better late than never I suppose. There was a lot of Biab colours to choose from but not overwhelming. I choose two and Vicky let me decide by applying to my nails, no rush from her, just patience. Vicky and I spoke like old friends- TMI was involved hahaha. Her attentiveness was very impressive and her mannerism was very humbling. Thank you Vicky, your customer service will have me driving to Woodford any day!
