Had a BIAB Cat Eye set done for the first time at this salon this morning and I am in love! The staff were friendly, professional, and the salon was clean and welcoming. Don't let fake reviews deter you I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

The lady who did my nails was exceptionally friendly and remained highly attentive, consistently inquiring whether I was satisfied with the shape and color of my nails. I am eager to return for another visit.

- Updated after my second visit - After I had a suboptimal first experience at the salon which ended up in me getting nail art that wasn't fully what I asked for, they were very understanding of my feedback and actually reached out to me and gave me a couple of alternatives to provide a solution which I massively appreciated. I went back to the salon a second time and they actually slayed the metallic 3D design this time around, I am in love with my nails, they were very punctual and quick in the way they work on both of my visits, and the way they handled my complaint showed great professionalism and customer care. I will definitely go back :)
