I've been having my nails done by Vivian for nearly 13 years. This place is a real gem and despite some long wait times at peak times the wait is always worth it. I would recommend booking in advance. If there is a problem it is resolved quickly. Vivian trains all her new staff individually and supports their development whilst ensuring that her customers are happy with the results. Definitely recommend.

First timer and will definitely be returning. I am a fussy customer as my nails have been done so badly from previous salons in the past however my nail tech Mia & Vivian made sure that I did not leave the salon until I was absolutely happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when I wasn't sure on colours as they all look different to your inspo pic on your own hands. Thank you both I will see you again in a few fees for another set with a different design you can help me with 😁 thanks again ladies x

Always amazing service, such friendly staff. I came today with 3 kids , got seen to very quickly and 2 people did my nails to speed it up and they look fab! One lady also helped my 4 year old go to the toilet in between. Thank you all and Merry christmas 🎅

I came in on Thursday afternoon with my daughter and her friend . They were very busy ( which is a good sign for any business) but the wait was not bad . We have all left extremely happy with our different nails including my daughter's friend who was a first timer here and says her nails are the best she's ever had ( and the most gorgeous purple I have ever seen ) ! Viviens did my wedding nails for Saturday and they are they are STUNNING! I came in yesterday because another salon had done my nails quite bad and so last minute I tried to find somewhere and found Viviens They took off the nails and completely redone them and they're just perfect Please please thank the lady who did my nails, I didn't get her name but the time & care she put into doing them - it was lovely and such a positive experience You've got a customer for life now, I'll be back ☺️

Had my nails and feet done on Friday 2nd May. Both experiences were professional, caring and knowledgeable. The lady who did my feet was lovely, caring and did an excellent job. From start to finish the service was excellent I will definitely be booking again. My nails were done by Vivian, she really is amazing and an Artist in her Profession. She's created something I've never seen before, even someone commented on them today(5th May), saying the same thing. I am so happy with my nails I just had to write and give her a 5* review, as that was the service I received. She is warm, friendly, creative and always wants to make the customer leave feeling happy. I will 100% be having my nails done here and nowhere else. Jacqui

Viv is the best!!! ❤️ The only place I go for my nails! Viv and her team have been doing my nails for probably 7/8 years now and I have never ever had a bad set or bad experience, if I can't get in with Vivian then I'm happy to go with somebody else as they are all very talented! I moved out of the area a couple years ago and had a bad experience at another nail shop and have been travelling back to Vivian's ever since, wouldn't go any where else. I highly recommend this nail salon 🫶🏼
