Walked in off the street and asked about walk-ins. Happy to find that they accept walk ins. I was greeted promptly and kindly. Was immediately pampered and adored by my nail technician. She was so kind and lovely. Kept a great conversation, was efficient, and her work is astounding. Immaculate really. 100% will go back next time I'm in the area. If only just for her. 🥰

Couldn't wait to remove the BIAB I had done at a different place! Saw the reviews and images here and thought I may as well give them a try. Really glad I did! Kim, who did my nails, took so much time and care on my nails making sure the art was perfect. BIAB was done really well, not thick and lumpy (like the last place). Pricy but absolutely worth it for how they turned out. Will definitely be coming back.

Incredible salon experience! I tried their £75 manicure & pedicure deal which even includes a steam plus hand & foot masks, such amazing value compared to £130 at Townhouse! I felt so relaxed throughout, especially with the back massage, and the salon itself is spotless. Huge thanks to Ann for my manicure and John for my pedicure, both were so professional. An amazing salon in a beautiful part of Kingston! Amy is the loveliest woman and every member of her team is incredibly talented. They know exactly what nail shape, length and colours will most suit you and their nail art is the absolute best. I don't think there is a design that Vivience Nails team cannot able to recreate on your nails. A truly incredible experience and great quality service. Vivience Nails is a must-visit in Kingston.

I had an amazing experience at this branch thanks to Jollie. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with the result every step of the way. After a disappointing experience at another branch, I honestly wasn't expecting much - but Jollie completely turned things around for me. She's incredibly skilled and clearly cares about her work and her clients. I left feeling so happy with my nails and genuinely looked after. A place in the center of Kingston, with really kind and calm people. I was looked after and given time to chose what I would like as well as some advice on nails. Vivienne (I'm not sure how to spell her name) was incredibly nice and down to earth. It was such a clean and friendly atmosphere, would definitely recommend. Although the price is a lot in the beginning- infills come to £35 which is very good for London prices on nails. The quality and precision also makes this a good and easy place to get nails.
