The best nail salon ever! I've been coming to West Nails since they opened (So over 10 years) and they do my manicure & pedicure perfect everytime. All of the staff are lovely, their attention to detail is amazing & the quality of the products shows as I have long nails & they never ever snap! Over the years they've done a variety of styles for me & I've attached photos to show how versatile they are, they've done colours, french manicure, short, long, whatever I request they execute it perfectly. I'd never go anywhere else, it's top quality service and the price is extremely reasonable too. The most amazing team, highly recommend 💅💕

Wow! What a great nail shop! I went in today to have my nails done for my wedding and the service I received was amazing! They took such care over my extensions, spent time and made sure they looked perfect! My mum had a pedicure and manicure which was equally as amazing! Highly recommend :) thank you!

I went to this nail shop for the first time on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The difference with this shop and others I have used is vast. Here I did not feel rushed, or left waiting with my feet in water like I have done so at so many other nail places. I had a pedicure with gel French tips, a new set of acrylic gel French tips and they were beautiful. And unlike so many other nail bars, they actually turned people away rather than leaving them sat there waiting for 45 minutes. This is now my go to nail place.

I have been going to West Nails to have my nails done. I just thought I would write a review as Ken, Sally and all the team work so hard , they are all so friendly, so professional, and excellent at there job. There is no waiting time if you book, you are offered tea, coffee or cold water. Such a friendly nail salon . I would recommend this nail bar and have done to all my friends. THe best price in West Wickham.

Today was my first time at West Nails. I was immediately acknowledged on arrival and warmly received. The customer service was professional and quite courteous. I had a Pedicure and Manicure. My pedicure was relaxing and enjoyed my back massage. I gave 4 stars because - Pedicure: Feet need to be moisturised at the end of a Pedicure. My nails looked fabulous but my feet were very dry. Manicure: The hand massage was the briefest hand massage I have ever received in a manicure (barely 30 seconds) but my nails were well done. Overall, nice place.. I would give them a second chance. Now over a year since my earlier review. I keep going back because I get really good service here. My one gripe is when they are heavily booked or have a growing waiting crowd, they start rushing your nails. The outcome is then some sub-standard botch job. Disappointing. Update April 2023: been going here for over 3yrs now and have been served by all the technicians. I find some of the technicians are real life magicians. Just absolutely fantastic nail professionals. I now always ask for those two. West Nails still do the briefest of hand/feet massages. They REALLY need to work on that. However, I observed one member of staff - who has always rushed my nails, barely massages and just generally gives poor service - give another customer today, excellent service and a hand massage that lasted over 5mins! He had the delighted customer cooing in contentment. I guess the proper hand massages are not for all customers. Shame really. It would be great if customers don't have to ensure they get served by the right staff and that all customers get the same great treatment.
