I've been coming to West Star Nails in West Ealing for a while now, and I'm really happy with the service. What stood out to me most was how professionally and kindly they handled a concern I previously raised about a manicure: they listened, took it seriously, and made sure things were right. Since then, they've consistently impressed me. I had a manicure and pedicure today and I'm absolutely loving my new look - (thank you Anh), just in time for the New Year. My nail artist, Anh, is truly the best - he does the most perfect nails I've ever had in my life. I took my mum to this nail salon and she had such a wonderful experience. The team did an amazing job, they cleaned and treated her nails so thoroughly and with great care. Their attention to detail really stood out. They were incredibly polite, kind, and made my mum feel comfortable throughout. She truly enjoyed the experience and is so happy with the results. As a lovely final touch, they even gifted her a cuticle oil to use at home, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We're both very grateful and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
