Lee is a master nail technician! I have had faultless mani's from Lee for nearly a decade. I can sit back and know that I will leave with perfect nails but what sets him and his team apart is their great customer service, if I ever break a nail or ruin one before my next mani Lee will always fix it! His team are also excellent, my pedicures last for months with no chips. 10/10, the best nail salon in West London, comparable to Central London quality but at amazing prices!

I always come here for my mani and pedi, and it's consistently amazing. The prices are reasonable, and the service is great. Parking is free after 2pm on a nearby road, which makes it really convenient. It can get quite busy, so I'd definitely recommend booking in advance if, like me, you're not a fan of waiting. They do prefer cash, but they're happy to take card too: just note they don't accept Amex.

I give 4 stars today and this is my first review for this salon. Only because Remy made the difference today. This place was going down hill and he did a perfect job. Some nice employees left and since then it went crescendo to disaster. Long waiting time without anyone telling you how long it's going to take and ending up with a shellac my friend would do better at home. If Remy could be one regular employee that would be much appreciated and would save your reputation.
