I've been using this salon for over three years. The staff work very hard and I am always happy with the end results! At peak times you can expect to queue, however, booking specific appointment times would be tricky due to the high volume of customers they have. This is no problem as long as you're prepared and allow time :) If you have a design in mind, they are always happy to oblige and it works best to take a picture in to show what you'd like. I often take my mum in for a treat and we both feel welcome and valued by the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Williams nails are without a doubt my favourite place to go in Shrewsbury for my nails! It doesn't matter what picture or design I go in with they always come out amazing and last min 5 weeks! No chips, breaks or anything. They are always friendly and it's always funny to listen to them giving each other banter and getting us involved. Won't go anywhere else for my nails. Loved it!!! They were so polite and friendly for my first ever gel manicure! They instructed me calmly and I was so relaxed during and afterwards. The precision and care they took impressed me. They even shared loyalty cards with discount at the end - unfortunately I'm not local, but I highly recommend!
