I had the best experience at Y.Wait! Kerry-Ann did my nails so beautifully and the hand scrub and massage at the end was an unexpected treat. It made it far more then just a nail appointment. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The store is beautiful with all natural beauty products lining the walls and the staff's knowledge and recommendations were brilliant. I'm really enjoying my products. With regard to Covid-19 everyone was so professional and it was easy to feel at ease. 100% recommend! Can't wait to go back.

I came here to get my nails done and it was just such a lovely experience. The whole salon is so beautifully thought out and unique its wonderful! The woman was very kind and looked after us, the quality of manicure was fab and lots of colours to choose from. Felt very welcomed and at ease and they even offer you choice from a lovely menu of tea's which comes in a beautiful tea pot. This made the experience feel very special and not just like rushing in anywhere to get your nails done. Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting! 10/10

Trying to think of a word to describe my treatment yesterday however finding it difficult to some up in just one word. Professional, great value and amazing quality! Super clean and was ready for when I came. During my treatment there was a mix up on the system and in a way double booked myself and another women, Kerry-Ann dealing with my treatment sorted the situation so professionally it was admirable (as the fault was neither the customer or the staff but the system). Amazing young lady and great chat! The young lady that was doing my nails was lovely and I'll defo be coming back! You just got yourself a loyal customer!

I was recommended to Y.Wait by a friend of mine - and on my birthday I decided to finally check it out. My friend and I booked half day spa packages - and we were treated so well. All the products used are made in-house and natural and after the best facial in life - my skin is still so soft and smooth. It's local to me - so i will be a regular. The massage was great and my nails are blingy. Great birthday present to myself!

I visited today for a foot soak and gel pedicure, had a fantastic experience - the lady was lovely and accommodating (even though my feet were in a bit of a state when I got there!). I left totally relaxed with lovely sparkly nails and smooth feet ready for a holiday. There are lots of little touches that make this place great and not like any other Salon, from the choice of teas to the decor and care and attention given by the therapist. Can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely fell in love with this place! All the products they use on you are handmade and all natural. And they are BLACK OWNED! 💕 I had a pedicure and manicure here and my feet came out feeling so soft! They really spend time on you here making sure you get the full experience, and also provide you with the benefits of each product and any advice you might need. My favourite part was the massage 😍 I would definitely got back to try that next! With all the corona mad bookings the lovely lady (who I can't remember her name! Sorry) was able to move me across so I was on the same day. Will definitely become my regular 🥰

I was recommended Y.Wait by a friend who has been to a few places and since this was near I thought I'd try it out. I filled in the "contact us" form on the website to explain that I am a nail biter and wanted to try gel nails to kick my habit. Their reply came quick with a recommendation for normal gel, not dip polish since my nails were likely too short. So with the advice in mind, I booked an appointment. The woman who gave me the manicure was lovely and professional and the result was excellent. I booked just over 2 weeks later to have the polish removed and a new colour put on. My nails had grown and looked a lot nicer the second time around. I look forward to the end of the lockdown to get my next colour, maybe this time with the dip polish!

All the staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you're in their family home while offering great treatments, selling lovely natural products and delicious tea! Kerry-Ann gave me great pain relief and relaxation with my pre and postnatal massages! The Indian head massage is particularly good. I would 100% recommend them as I'm there nearly every week :-)
