I've been coming to this nail salon for over two years now, and they have never disappointed me. The team is always incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making sure everything is done perfectly. What I really appreciate is that even after all this time, they still genuinely care about customer satisfaction and always go the extra mile. Every visit feels just as special as the first one. I have been having my nails done here for a few years. They are the only place I'd go. I had my nails done with Biab gel the last few times which is brilliant for my nails. No breakages or dryness after it comes off either! 😊 The technician who does my nails always does the most amazing job (like all the lovely ladies that work here do). I took my friend the last 2 times to have her nails done and she is incredibly pleased too 🥰 Fingers and toes ready for Christmas 🎄 and I am so happy 😊

My first visit to this salon. This shop is not very big with a few workstations. A wide range of colours to choose from, and the salon is very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing you get excellent service and they have conversations with you which make you feel welcome. It's reasonably priced. Parking, you can park right outside the shop with limited spaces. Thank you Tina and team for a wonderful service I will be back.

This is by far the BEST nail shop I have ever been too. Every single staff member (I'm bad with names sorry!!) is amazing at nails and the customer service is spot on every time. This is THE BEST salon I've been to. The staff are so lovely, they always remember you. They do a wonderful mani and pedi and I am now a regular for sns nails as I bite my nails and this stops me, and for a lovely pedi. You won't be disappointed. Do book before you go as they get really busy. I even took my son for a luxury pedi as a treat and he LOVED it.

Went today for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. The ladies working there are very lovely and the pedicure was amazing! It includes a feet and legs massage which is beyond relaxing ☺️ Both my manicure and pedicure were perfect. I was attended by Amy who has done an amazing job in both my hands and feet. She was very nice and polite. I will definitely be coming back. Edit: Being the best nail shop around, I will only come to Zen to get my nails done. Their pedicure is a real treat and the ladies are always very attentive and nice. Thank you Zen 🥰

My first time visiting the nail salon, Tina was so welcoming and friendly. I turned up without booking an appointment, but she fitted me in. She's lovely and I so were the rest of the team. She offered me tea or coffee which sets apart the difference to other salons I've been too. I had my previous SNS removed and got SNS done again on my natural nails, was £30 which is a little more to what I pay elsewhere. However it was my first time were my husband and family complimented my nails 💅. Also, they took care of the small details like excess polish etc and getting the shape right. Can't wait for my next appointment, and I'll book ahead of time!
