  Love this nail place! Found Alan's nails about 9 months ago and won't go anywhere else. They have always been accommodating and I have the best nail art technician, I have had some really difficult design requests and they have always managed them. I have had acrylic and BIAB but now stick to BIAB, they also have a pedicure service but I have not experienced this. The BIAB nails have been so strong, as someone who does ALOT of DIY, I have laid a patio, completed structural work to my house and renovated a bathroom and bedroom with these nails and they have been fantastic and never broken. (maybe scuffed which they will repair for me) It is a first come first serve basis which works well for me as I have a busy life and fit in my nail care when i can. Can't say they are the cheapest around but you definitely get what you pay for and it is worth every penny. They now offer complimentary refreshments whilst you have your nails done. Recent refurb has made the shop lovely and really comfortable chairs.

  I have been coming here every few weeks for over a year. The quality of the work is excellent and the staff are welcoming, professional and friendly. It is clean and light, and everybody who enters the shop is greeted and acknowledged. Customer service is excellent. The prices are fair anf in line with other salons. I couldn't recommend the shop highly enough. My acrylics last well over a month because of the technicians skill and quality products. Many thanks to all, particularly to Son 😊

  Very happy with the service and all in good timing. Got 2 staff treating me today and they were both lovely. Also you get served a drink and finish your session with hand massage. To those who commented below about language I have to say: yes staff talk between them in their own language and it's absolutely fine. I am bilingual and talking to your native language makes things quicker. If you do want to chat with them they will chat back, all are polite and kind. Ready for Christmas now!

  Great nail shop! Always quite busy but that just shows the nails are good! I waited up to an hour to be seen but they work quick and efficiently. With a friendly face and small talk. They all work very hard in there. They have loyalty card bonus with up to 20% off.

  Friendly staff and very quick application, good prices for gel nails too. My only plea is to expand on their paler neutral/natural colours (in gel)! So many bright colours to choose from but not enough neutrals.
