Always come here to see lovely Shakira for my lash lift and massages! Visited today to have my nails done by Lailah for the first time and she did a great job. She was very attentive when I asked her to tweak a few things before curing my nails. All the girls are lovely here couldn't recommend them enough!

I've had my nails done at a few different places, and Phoenix Nails outperforms the others by quite some way. Natalie is lovely. Friendly and professional. She gives great advice on which colours suit and has an enormous range of colours, glitters etc. Her nail art is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Whether it's a snowflake before Christmas, or constellation of stars for a work event, she is always up for the challenge and the quality of her work is amazing. She doesn't rush you through like other salons I've been to, who have been a bit more brutal with my nails than I'd like. She is gentle, thorough and gives advice on after care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix Nails and I'd never go anywhere else now.

I've been using Phoenix nails for just under a year now. I was nervous as never had my nails done before but Natalie was amazing, extremely attentive, explaining everything along the process. The range of colours is out of this world, great to have something different each time and she has some fantastic ideas and styles to compliment any special occasion. Natalie did my wedding nails and they were beautiful all my guests commented on them throughout the day. It when I go we have a good chat which again is something to really look forward to alongside the pampering.

Not just because I was so impressed with my beautiful nails, but also because Natalie is such a lovely person to spend time with. Nat is not only a nail tech, she's a friend. Nat is a wonderful person and offers so much more than a beauty service. I love my appointments, with my counsellor, career advisor and gossip! Nat really knows her trade, I'm a nail biter and she's worked really hard to build back the strength in my nails and now they always look so good 🤩 thankyou! I won't let anyone else touch my brows, Nat and Liv are the very best! If you want a nice relax, I totally recommend the foot soak/ massage. Heaven 🥰

I first went to Nat for twinkle toes, her range of colours and options is phenomenal. After damaging my nails quite significantly Nat has worked tirelessly to repair my nails and bring them back to a healthy state and length. Nat is the most experienced nail technician, her knowledge and training shines through. Phoenix nails provides so much more than a manicure, it's a sanctuary away from the woes of the world! Plus the colour ranges are insane it really is the hardest decision of my day picking the right colour and design. I can't recommend Phoenix nails enough....you won't be disappointed.
