  Great service and a really lovely team. My mum and I come once a month and the nail retention is amazing, they easily last longer than a month. They're always happy to suggest designs and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The aesthetic is beautiful and the salon is always very clean.

  This is my regular nail salon, and they always do a great job, but today they truly went above and beyond. Even though they were almost closing they stayed longer to make sure my nails were done perfectly, and I also enjoyed a relaxing pedicure. Their dedication, patience, and commitment to their clients never go unnoticed. I really appreciate the extra time and care they gave me today-highly recommend!

  Have been going to BB nails for a few years and they always do my nails well that last a long time. Staff are always able to fit you in without an appointment, are nice and friendly and do a great job. They have a huge selection of colours and their nails art is brilliant. Best price in Canterbury too!

  Started going here in October because I moved to Canterbury for university and needed a new salon. It was very easy to book an appointment over the phone, and since they have instagram you can message to see how much the nails will cost before hand which is super useful!! The first time I went I got a french tip with polka dots and bows, I got them removed which was an easy process and I was able to let them soak off whilst waiting someone to become free. I tried out someone on campus for my nails and they didn't come out as good so I went back to bb nails again and was SO glad I did. I got the other nails removed and got cat eye and they were gorgeous and very cheap for the nails I got!! I also got a more y2k design and again the nail art was amazing! Not one complaint, length, shape, design was amazing. The nails I got were longer than the nails on the photo I sent so were slightly more expensive, £48 for the photo and £53 for the ones I got since they price by length. However I only got £50 out but the lady said she will just take the £50 even though I did insist on quickly popping to the shop to get an extra fiver out. The most recent time I went I had sent two photos at different times but only one photo had gone through so I was told a price for what I thought was the nails I was getting but was actually the other nails. So when I went I had enough money for the cheaper set £75, and when we discovered the miscommunication they only asked for an extra £5 which is very good for the service I got and the beautiful nails I walked out with!! The wait time also isn't very long considering how many people go to BB nails, I think my longest wait was 45 minutes but I was a walk in and it was around new years so thought it was a really quick wait considering the circumstances! The people that work there are also straight to the point which I appreciate and are very lovely! I always look forward to going because it's such a nice environment and a lovely place to go! And I always get so many compliments on my nails🤍 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! :) - I have nothing to complain about !!

  i was staying in canterbury over the weekend and desperately needed my nails doing so came to this salon as it looked clean and modern! honestly the nail techs are so good here and i really enjoyed the vibe of the salon. if i lived closer id defo come back as i can tell the products they used are very good quality. i'm really happy with my nails x

  Overall I really love coming here to get my nails done as the staff are great at making my designs into a reality and taking their time to ensure it's exactly what I want. I've been coming here for nearly two years now and can confidently say that they can be 100% trusted to do your nails correctly as I've found other places ended up damaging/ breaking my nails. If you're looking for a new nail shop to go to go I highly recommend booking an appointment here and seeing for yourself just how great they are.
