I popped in here on the off chance that they may be able to fit me in. The lady who did my nails was really good, clearly experienced, and her attention to detail was fantastic. I spontaneously decided to get my nails done (which I knew would be difficult on a sunny Saturday right before half term without having an appointment) but I called in and was told that while they can't take any more appointments I can walk in and they'll try to find time for me. I didn't realise I needed cash so I had to leave and come back and they still served me next rather than making me wait behind the other walk ins, which was greatly appreciated. My nail tech (the young lady) checked with me at each step of the process to make sure I was happy. My full set with extensions was done in about 30 min, which I've never had before. It usually takes an hour and 20-30 minutes. They had a lot of clients so I think my nail tech was rushing a little bit (there are a few bumps that could've been filled off, which I can do myself at home) but overall my nails look great, the service was very speedy and the staff were nice.
