  I have been going to Beautiful Nails in Petts Wood for over 10 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The staff are super friendly & beyond accommodating. Beautiful nails have a very long line of committed customers/regulars such as myself, and this is a reflection on the staff & Ben and their high quality service. Over the years I have had gels, acrylics, pedicures, SNS & I have never been left feeling disappointed. They are great at nail art designs & attention to detail which is another tick in my book. Beautiful nails in Petts Wood is my go to place 365 days of the year! 🤍

  I've been a regular at Beautiful Nails in Pettswood for a while now, and I always leave with a fantastic experience. I visit monthly for BIAB and nail art, and it never chips or fades. This time, Kelly did my nails, and the artwork was absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to return next month!

  I'm so happy with my nails! Tony did such an amazing job. He was super detailed and made sure everything was perfect. Everyone in the shop was so patient when it took me 30 min to decide which design I wanted to get😂 They look GORGEOUS, and I can't stop admiring them. Thank you so much!   Brilliant service fast and professional did my gel infill quickly but still neatly , first time customer but will be back. £42 for gel infill charges more than other nails salons however the overall look of the nail seems worth it thank you I'll be coming back again.X

  I first discovered this nail salon in 2019 when I needed a last-minute manicure, and they were able to see me at short notice. They did such a good job that I have been coming back ever since! Ben usually mans the telephone (whilst often doing nails at the same time!) and ensures the salon runs efficiently, and is on hand with a friendly smile and makes you feel welcome any time you visit. The nail technicians here always do a great job on my nails and are professional and efficient. They have been able to accommodate all of my nail needs over the years, including gel, SNS, ombre, and normal nail polish, in a variety of lengths and shapes with no issues at all. Today I wanted to try something a bit different. I can't have anything too colourful due to my job, so I was looking to go for neutral with a twist. This black and white tip over sheer gel was perfect, and just what I was after. Thank you Beautiful Nails for another great visit 💅🏻😊

  Over the moon as always with Beautiful Nails! They are Amazing!! They 'nail' it every time! Iv been going monthly for years now and never once disappointed!! The owners & staff are brilliant and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is ever too much to ask!! Highly recommend X

  I had the BIAB nail treatment done yesterday by Tony, the result is beautiful however he did huff a bit instead of guiding me through as this was the first time I have had this done, I asked for rounded nails but these are square and I also asked for the brown chrome but he didn't do this or communicate and I now have silver tips and acrylics?! Also, there was no cuticle care carried out or manicure i.e. basecoat, hand massage etc. Overall the pink is not smooth so this is mid for £45. The customer service of the team was very professional and I was given water and a lovely green tea! Possibly some practice and keeping up with the nail art trends will push you guys ahead :)
