I go to many salons due to my work and personal travels, but I found this gem on Treatwell and paid them a visit! Glad I did. Fantastic service and was treated with so much respect and attention. Phoned to see if they had availability & was able to go straight over. Lovely fit-out on the shop and a warm welcome by the ladies who work there. I was offered a drink on arrival. I love that all the polishes are in numerical order & I hope they stay that way. There's a very wide selection of colours and unlike some shops, and probably because they're so newly opened, the polishes are all fresh and apply well. The pedicure chairs look very high end and comfortable...I will definitely book in for one. The price list was displayed on the counter and clear for all to see. I liked it here and will surely return & recommend to others. Just been back for another gel manicure (red nail) and another fab job!

I highly recommend this salon! I went for the first time to get an acrylic set and pedicure. They created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and really took their time/were gentle with the tools. I also really appreciated the frequent check-ins regarding shape/colour etc. I am very pleased with the result and will definitely make more appointments!

Went to CU nails for the first time yesterday as couldn't get a last minute appointment with my regular salon for mani & pedi. I walked straight in and they couldn't have been nicer. Offered me a drink, and started my pedi. My nails look fantastic (and I'm fussy!). Great range of colours even though I went classic, took their time (but not ages 🫣). I'll definitely be back.

I've used other nail salons in the area, but went into C U Nails fairly late afternoon on the off-chance they could do a manicure and varnish. They did. And this is by far the best I've had in a long time. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

CU Nails is Petts Wood's newest nail bar, having recently opened on Saturday 03/05/2025. I went into the shop last Tuesday, and spoke to the owner/manager who was very friendly. She also did my gel pedicure, and I was offered a book of nail colours to choose from, like a 'colour menu', which I've not seen previously. It was definitely easier to see all the colours at once, compared to a nail swatch wheel or the nail colour samples on a ring you see in other salons, but you couldn't overlay the colour on top of your own nail in the usual way. The massage chair with a heated seat was an added bonus which made the whole thing very relaxing. There was background music playing but at a lower volume than I've seen in other nail bars, so the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I wasn't rushed at any point which I also appreciated. Could anything have been better? Yes - a) other customers were offered a drink on arrival but this didn't happen to me whilst I was there; and b) the other staff seemed unsure of the prices of different treatments when asked by different customers and were having to double-check with the owner. I expect these are teething issues due to the salon being new. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the pedicure and would recommend the experience. I also found the décor and salon aesthetic to be very modern and clean, including the toilet at the rear of the shop. I will be returning!
