Lovely, lovely service. I immediately felt welcome. My service was with Becky, however I was a little early and Becky was busy so another member of staff made me comfortable whilst I waited, offering me snacks and drinks and chatting away. I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. The service I received from Becky was amazing. Great end result and I will be returning for future treatments.

The best salon I've ever been to. The salon is very well presented, super cute inside, always very clean and has a lovely vibe. The girls are all so lovely and chatty and easy to talk to. They use all the best products and have real good techniques laying the BIAB's (they use a special fine brush so not just the brush from the bottle). Also hand cream selection is 10/10 we're talking White Company, Neom etc. Also have hot drinks and snacks. Proud to say I'm a regular here and my nails are always 10/10.

Have been coming for BIAB for a few months now and so pleased with the experiences I've had. Beckie and the girls are lovely, pay so much attention to detail and nothing is ever too much of a problem. I was really apprehensive as I've had a couple of bad experiences with nails so haven't had them done for a couple of years, but so glad I booked in as every set has been gorgeous!
