They always "nail" it at Nail X, been going there for probably about 6 months now and their builder gel is amazing it lasts forever and never breaks, I've even moved house with it before and it didn't damage at all! Went in with a specific request yesterday and they were very attentive to the picture and helped me work out how to get it right. It's always busy in there and there can be a bit of a wait but I think that's just the nature of nail salons, they need to do lots of nails to make a successful business (esp in Chapel A!) so I just accept sometimes there's realistically going to be a little wait. They're always friendly and welcoming when you come in. Thank you to Kein and the team! :)

Get Booked in - 💅 ⭐️ I've had my nails done here a few times now and would definitely recommend booking through Fresha system it makes knowing your total cost super easy only slight issue is the total on Fresha never updates the removal price if you book in additional service. Be prepared to wait a little sometimes, although on occasion they even run early, which is a nice bonus. The service is much smoother if you come with a picture of what you want and an idea of your preferred tip size and shape. The quality of the nails has always been amazing the nail techs are so talented and a real credit to the business. Thanks for the great service so far! 💅

Everyone is so friendly. I always come away loving my nails, they ask whether I like different things or if anything needs changing such as nail length and shape. They offer a nice warm towel and hand cream after doing your nails.

Kein is the best nail artist ever. Everyone at nail x are amazing super friendly and always make my visits unforgettable. The customer service is always a 10/10. The nails are always unreal and always at really reasonable prices for the amount of time and effort the techs put into them. I couldn't recommend them enough. Nail X is the best. Love you Kein :)

I have been to Nail X maybe 5 or 6 times now and on each occasion have really meant to leave a review. The salon is luxurious and technicians very experienced and have the very latest equipment. They are so lovely and obliging. The team is headed by a great guy called Kien who always ensures you get exactly what you want. I will definitely keep returning there as the range of treatments is very comprehensive. As I didn't get chance today to thank the technician who treated my nails "Thank you Minh. I am, as always, very thrilled with my Builder Gel Manicure". Highly recommended.
