Best place I've ever got my nails done!! This place is run very professionally and with really nice staff. The service is excellent, price reasonable, and I can't recommend them enough!! I've been a couple of times but got silver chrome last visit (see pics). Definitely recommend a visit there and it's really conveniently placed as well - they are amazing at making time for walk-ins (Using my friends Google account bc I don't have one)

My nails came out amazing! The nail art was beautifully done. They also do a great job with cuticles and shaping, always super gentle but thorough. I couldn't be happier with the result! I would say they can get quite busy at times so do call or WhatsApp beforehand if you are in a rush but they are very accommodating and try to fit you in even if you book last minute! Can't wait to go back! :)

The first time I came to Brick Lane Spa I needed to do my nails last minute and they really delivered - Jenny who did my nails saved the length and did a really cool chrome colour. Edit: I've been going to Brick Lane Nail Spa for half a year now and every time I walk out happy - the technicians are all super friendly and thorough. They also have a massive selection of cat eye gel and can do wonders with them. Today I got these silver nails and they might just be the nicest nails I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable considering my nails always last a month. I recommend this salon to absolutely everyone <333

The best nail salon in London! I've been coming here for a year and have had fabulous service every single time. They do a beautiful job and the nails last so long every time. Tons of color options available. Very friendly staff!

Overall, I like this place. The lady who did my pedicure didn't speak much English, but did a great job on my feet! Jenny was meticulous, thorough and took her time and the result was fabulous. Their hot water heater was broken so she boiled water in a tea kettle to put in the footpath. Unconventional, but it worked! lol! I asked if they took Apple Pay when I first walked in because I didn't want to pay cash and she said, "Yes", but then she called her boss when I tried to pay to talk to me. Maybe, she didn't understand me when I ansked? Anyway, I PayPaled him instead and it was fine in the end. He said he wouldn't charge me for the gel polish removal next time I came in. I feel like I got lucky as a walk-in, cause you never know! Will go back again! Response: The lady said that it wasn't working, so I assumed it was broken, but it wasn't an issue. Pretty sure my bank does international bank transfers. Maybe have some signs made up regarding all your accepted payment methods and extra fees for each, so in the future it's easy for your staff to be clear and refer to that sign at the beginning of the visit. I also loved that Jenny connected me right away to you guys on WhatsApp. Very helpful!
