Really friendly staff, clean salon and all staff do amazing gel nails. They are always on time, I never have to wait for my appointment which I really appreciate. The gel polish is good quality and I have never had a problem with chipping or shine. A luxury nail experience which is definitely worth it every penny! Highly recommend!

The best nail salon that I've ever been to. Tom and Kate are so welcoming, friendly and incredibly talented. I have been going to Chanail since it opened and I have always been really happy with my nails. The colour selection is outstanding, with every possible colour available as well as a large selection of chromes & cat eye colours. No request is ever too much, if you have an idea (or photo) of what you're looking for, Tom or Kate will go over and above to make sure you get it. The salon setting is really lovely and calm - as well as being very clean. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else and recommend Chanail to everyone. A truly fantastic addition to Godalming.

I highly recommend Chanail Spa. Tom, Kate and team are fantastic. I've been going every month for the past year for BIAB and have loved my nails every single time. They amazingly always last perfectly for a full 4 weeks despite me running after a busy toddler. Everyone is so friendly and I really enjoy the experience :)

I've been to Chanail spa twice, and I will keep returning. I had a manicure and pedicure both times. The staff and nail technicians were all so friendly and accommodating. My nails look fab and they did everything as I asked. They are currently switching card machines, so you can pay via cash or bank transfer to their business account. Thank you.
