  I've been a Diamond Nails customer for about 7 years. I have had a few great experiences at Diamond Nails since the new owners took over a few months ago. They're polite, friendly and professional. It's very sad to see a few recent negative reviews, whom I suspect were posted by friends and supporters of the previous owners and are just trying to get the boot in and sabotage the new owners, which is not nice. I hope that the new owners will rise above this deliberate damaging and unkind behaviour, and I wish them every success going forward. I can definitely highly recommend Diamond Nails and will continue to be customer.

  Very happy with the service at Diamond Nails. I do feel that most of the recent negative comments are due to the loyal customers of the previous owners. I liked them too, but it is unfair to try and derail this business when we are not in receipt of the reasons why it was taken over. Some of the complaints are ridiculous. I did feel the last time I was there, that complaints were being made loudly to try and convince other customers not to return. I find Ann and Ken to be friendly and helpful, and my nails look as good as they did when the previous owners were there. Give them a chance and you may be pleasantly surprised.

  This place is just so great. Came in the other day to get my nails done for my wedding and they really went out of their way to make me as satisfied as I could possibly be. They are super helpful and talented and the customer service is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for making my nails perfect for my big day! xx
