  The staff here are lovely and friendly, I really enjoyed talking to them while having my nails done. The nails are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Last time I had my nails done elsewhere they didn't listen to what I asked for, but the lady here was very attentive and made sure they were definitely what I wanted. I had messaged beforehand to ask about prices and appointments, and they had remembered my name from the message and called me by it for the whole appointment, which was nice, it made me feel like they really cared that I was there! Ignore my cuticles in the photos, I was cleaning in the morning before I went out and it dried them a lot.

  If you haven't got your nails here yet what are you waiting for? I've had some bad costumer service experience with other beauty salons around here (not answering to calls, emails or social media). This doesn't have to be your experience but it definitely made me a bit sad that they were so "popular" but yet so unprofessional! But Cindy absolutely changed that for me!!! The team is so KIND, FRIENDLY and they walk you through the whole process of your nail design (well handy if you've never done acrylics and don't know what to expect!). They treat you with such care and reply so quickly to social media / phone. Definitely my to-go place in Burnley to get my nails done.

  So welcoming and got exactly what I had asked for! I was recommended this place by a family member- me and my sister came to get French tip nails done and they look stunning! It was a lovely and clean place with talkative staff that make you feel comfortable and will make sure that you're happy with your nails. Will be back!

  I will seriously never go anywhere else to get my nails done. I love it here so much, the service is so efficient and all the staff are super friendly, I regularly get my nails done here every few weeks and I've never had a bad experience, it's very professional and I always come out with gorgeous nails, not badly priced either. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much for your awesome service
