Lesley was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to thoroughly explain how I can better care of my nails, and her attention to detail with the Valentine's Day design was flawless. This is by far the happiest I've ever been after getting a fresh set of nails from a new nail tech. She was incredibly welcoming, and the whole experience was exceptional! Just had my first ever Manicure and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Lesley is such a lovely lady, very professional and friendly. She explains exactly what she is doing. After recently moving to Burnley I needed to find a fabulous nail technician that I could really trust. My research took me to Hard as Nails. Lesley is not only extremely talented and professional, she is also committed to ensuring that her customers are thrilled with the result. I love the fact that every time I go to have my nails done I come out with something different and eye-catching - I've had so many positive comments about my nails in recent months! They use top quality products that look as good after 3 weeks as they do when they've just been done. Going to Hard as Nails is a great experience - you'll always be greeted with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Lesley Jayne and Dot make the salon a pleasure to visit with their warm welcome and exemplary customer service. I regularly have my nails done and have never been disappointed with the results. I recently had my eyebrows nanobladed and I have had so many compliments from people of all ages. Having never had a tattoo I was a bit anxious but Lesley took time to talk me through it all and reassured me all the way through the procedure. If I could give this salon 10 stars I would as the service is professional courteous and they make the visits fun.

Have my nails done here regularly for the past 2 years and I'm always pleased with the results. I have a very hands-on job and sometimes I'm amazed how they stay so perfect; never chipping or breaking! There's a massive variety of colours and styles to choose from which I take full advantage of; a set of new nails always brightens me up :) Lesley, Jayne and Dot are all great company, nothing is off limits conversation-wise and I've had many a good laugh with them :)) I had my eyebrows nanobladed here a few months ago and I love them! They frame my face and mean that I don't have to do anything with them - for up to 5 years! Previous I had very faint brows and no 'tails' so the difference it's made has really pleased me; I've had plenty of compliments too :) Today I had a full face wax mask. Facial waxing isn't something I've ever had done before but I thought it'd be nice to get rid of my peach-fluff and the odd stray hair which appears with age! The finished effect is great, lovely smooth skin and (obviously) hairless. But what surprised me was how relaxing the experience was. The face mask being applied feels like it has a firming effect on the skin and the mini-facial afterwards was just lovely :) Would definitely recommend all three treatments I've had done here and the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere. It's the little gem of Burnley 😊
