I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. I asked for a soft floral design, and the result exceeded my expectations - delicate, elegant, and beautifully hand-painted. The salon was clean, relaxing, and well-organized, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. They took their time to make sure each nail was perfect, and the quality of the work really shows. My nails look natural, classy, and last very well without chipping. I'm extremely happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful nail art and excellent customer care. I will definitely be coming back!

I started having acrylics last July, then once they got long enough I was recommended to have Biab. They have been so strong and the longest I've ever had my nails! Today I had my first full removal and my nails looked good underneath I was so happy and then a lovely new spring look which is fab! The staff really looked after my nails well, thank you for such great service 💅 🩷

What a fantastic experience!! £31 for an infill, plus a free gift as it's Christmas. The ladies were very friendly, and the tools used came fresh out of the sterilised packet. Not the cleanest, but definitely cleaner than the salons on Burleigh street. They do bank transfer or cash. Will be returning xx

I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new set of BIAB nails - they're perfect for my holidays! Hang is incredible at nail art; genuinely the BEST I've ever had, and I've had my nails done all over the country. Her attention to detail is absolutely amazing - I always leave so happy with the result and I always think my nails are better than the design in the pictures I show her!! The customer service here is great too. Once they get to know you, everyone is super kind, friendly and welcoming. I've had my nails done with Hong before too, she is always so cheerful and smiling whenever I see her, which makes the whole experience even better. I've been coming here on and off for the past two years, and they just keep getting better! They've also recently replaced all their nail varnishes, and the colour range is gorgeous - so many lovely shades and different textures/styles to choose from. I think the salon has improved in many ways - the two new ladies (one of them wears a scarf, not sure of their names) who help out with maintenance, organising and taking nails off are also super helpful and friendly. The only feedback I have is that I wish their pricing structure was a bit clearer and visible in the salon and the decor of the salon could do with updating. For example, some of the chair legs, tables, the flooring, and the sink area needs more attention or just needs replacing all together. The sofa we wait on are also not particularly nice. It would be great if they offered complimentary drinks like tea or water as well, as a lot of other nail salons do this for customers who have to be there 2+ hours sometimes. If they made those few changes, I honestly think this could be the perfect salon... 🤩🥰

I started using the salon very recently upon friend recommendation. I cannot thank my friend enough for making me come here. 3 weeks ago I've had my first set done and on Wednesday I've got infills. Today I returned because had chipped one of my nails. Got such a warm welcome and the manager quickly fixed my nail with no additional cost. Cannot believe how quick and efficient they work with an amazing results. Thank you so much.

Happy with the service I receive whenever I get my nails done. Super helpful with picking the right colour to match the designs and very efficient. They take time to do your nails unlike some places that tend to rush it. I also once came with a quick fix which was happily done free of charge, even though I had to wait a little.

My daughter has been getting her nails done on and off for a while, so I decided to pop along with her and see what the fuss was about. I had acrylic nails put on and loved them at first. They looked lovely, but for me I felt they weren't very practical. After Christmas we went back for new nails. I had my acrylic nails removed and my own nails painted. Love them !!!! And I can now pick up fiddly things 🤣 x You can book online, which I recommend as if you hit the shop at the wrong time, there can be a wait, as people with appointments will go ahead of you. Prices have gone up slightly, but it's a treat, so its worth it 💞 x

As a perfectionist I hardly rate anyone as five star.. however they did a great job far better than many other nail salons I've ever visited. In the photo you see my hails after 6 weeks, and today I'll visit them again for infill and manicure. They are friendly and treat you with care and respect.
